Partnerships

A group resolutely focused on networking and innovation.

Strong partnerships to shape the future

As all our customers and partners can attest, working with the HBP Group means moving forward together in a collaborative manner within an organization focused on networking and innovation. Through each of our partnerships, we always seek to establish solid relationships based on trust, not only with manufacturers of all sizes, but also with universities, technical centers and communities within clusters and professional associations. For over 50 years, we’ve been helping the future take shape, whether by designing a prototype or implementing series production.

Thanks to this openness to partners, we are developing open innovation postures that enable us to broaden our horizons and thus nurture our creative capacity.

Beyond this dimension, our openness to the network also enables us to be anchored in the local area and to embody our CSR policy.

R&D projects
Your ideas have no limits.

TRANSAL: committed alongside Saint-Gobain and Safran

The HBP Group is participating in the TRANSAL project alongside Saint-Gobain and Safran to develop industry-standard oxide ceramic matrix composites (o-CMC) based on high-temperature resistant alumina filaments. HBP is involved in the machining and fastening of these innovative materials. This strategic project, supported by the French government via Bpifrance as part of France 2030, is mobilizing nearly 20 million euros to cover the entire value chain, from materials to components.

PUNCHI: a collaborative innovation for machining raw ceramics

Today the name of our unique raw ceramic bar machining process, Punchi, is the result of a collaborative project launched in 2017 and conducted over 4 years. Spearheaded by Bouverat-Pernat, with support from the FUI and local authorities, it was accredited by Mont-Blanc Industries, the European Ceramics Cluster and Axelera. This program has created the first integrated material/process offering, opening up technical ceramics markets to new precision applications.

SECAMnida installation: a fully robotized solution

The result of a partnership between SECAM and GEBE2, this robotized solution is now a complete industrial offering:

A fully robotized process for installing fasteners in all types of sandwich, honeycomb or other panels. Drilling, crimping, glue injection and control are all carried out by a single effector developed by GEBE2.

A winning bet, initiated in 2019 at the Paris Air Show, which offers numerous advantages: improved repeatability, automated quality control, guaranteed traceability and the system’s adaptability to complex geometries.

Who do we work with?

With a strong partnership culture, HBP Group collaborates with leading manufacturers, competitive clusters, laboratories and institutions to strengthen our capacity for innovation and industrialization, and design the technical solutions of tomorrow.

HBP Group is also committed to associations and institutions working in the fields of education, inclusion, health and the environment. Our ambition is to build lasting relationships based on solidarity, by supporting initiatives with a strong social and environmental impact.
