Company seminar
Every two years, all the group’s employees get together in a friendly, relaxing setting to share the company’s strategic vision and discuss new projects. These seminars sometimes include contributions from inspirational personalities such as renowned highliner Nathan Paulin, or professional sportsmen and women.
Participation in sporting events
Taking part in sports competitions such as the Oui Play or the Company Cup helps to unite teams in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, while respecting our motto: Being serious without taking ourselves too seriously.
Sharing convivial moments
Whether it’s a game of pétanque, a food truck meal or even a field hockey match, at HBP, every occasion is a pretext for strengthening bonds between colleagues and sharing moments of pleasure, but also for tackling important themes such as quality of life and working conditions, during QWL week.
