Our history
Date of Establishment
Gaston PERNAT and Edmond BOUVERAT join forces to create parts for the watchmaking industry.
1975Growth and diversification
The company hires from 2 to 12 employees. The business begins to expand into exports throughout Europe, and diversifies into the automotive sector. To support this development, the company builds a brand-new 400m2 facilty.
1990Arrival of a new generation
Gérard Pernat, son of Gaston Pernat, takes over the management of the group.
1992The group expands
HBP acquires SECAM, an expert in fastening solutions, and diversifies into the fluidics field.
2000Creation of the R&D department
The industrial facilty expands to 2100m2, enabling the creation of a design office, R&D department and test laboratory. At the same time, the business opens up to new technologies and focuses on co-design for the benefit of its customers.
2010Acquisition of Nanoceram
With the arrival of Nanoceram, the Group acquires valuable expertise in technical ceramics.
2018Brother and sister leading the Group
Nathalie CAILLOCE and Louis PERNAT take over the management of the family group.
201850 years, new identity
To mark the fiftieth anniversary of its creation, the Group takes on a new image and a renewed identity.
